In Wonderlands x Showtime's Sekai, the Wonderland Sekai, he is a responsible and mature troupe leader. Together with Miku, he helps the group discover their true feelings. In one of the side comics, Miku compares him to a mother as he cares for the Sekai's plushies. This is reflected in the story, as in general, he tends to play a parental role to the younger members of the troupe, including the stuffed animals who tend to behave like young children. Despite this, he would rather be thought of as an older brother figure rather than a parent.
[Kaito helping Tsukasa with his hint of acting]
"Would you like to show me your script?"
"Hmm. It looks like this prince is Tsukasa's part. (Tsukasa explaining his character) I see. He's a very cool person. How would I act this... I know! Let me try acting out this prince."
[Kaito blocking with Tsukasa]
"Tsukasa, would you mind going over the proposal scene one more time with me? It's one of the most crucial parts of the play, so I feel it'd be best to at least smooth this scene out before call time."
"Kneel down, with your sword held in your right hand behind you, and reverently hold up your left hand towards them... There, like that. Now, try saying your lines."

"Huh? Oh, hi! You're Haruka, right? I've heard stories from Miku and Len. Nice to meet you, I'm Kaito. I came here a while ago to help Miku and the others perform."
