Splash doesn't exactly have any word lines, but in the short he's in the middle of laughing- probably after his own joke, seeing Shark's following line. He's a go-getter and incredibly fun with a bright scope on life. Here he's giving his laugh in an "upbeat" or "cheery" tone, as of genuinely amused by whatever he said prior to this!
