Alright, I have then (--said Digory in a much louder voice, like a boy who was so miserable that he didn't care who knew he had been crying.) And so would you, if you'd lived all your life in the country and had a pony, and a river at the bottom of the garden, and then been brought to live in a beastly Hole like this.
You may think it interesting, But you wouldn't like it if you had to sleep there. How would you like to lie awake listening for Uncle Andrew's step to come creeping along the passage to your room? And he has such awful eyes.
Hi thanks for the audition! I especially liked the way you read Line 2. Lines 1 and 3 sounded a bit breathless though. If you want to audition again, I would try slowing those ones down. Also maybe a younger voice? You sound like the older teenage Harry Potter -- find the child Harry Potter within ;) So in conclusion -- take your time and be a child! (But leave Line 2 as is!)
I just redid the first and last lines if we caught lightning in a bottle with the second ahaha.
