This is Jim Gordon early in his career, before he was Commissioner Gordon. The actor Aaron Eckhart was the top choice for this role. Ironically he would later go on to appear as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight in 2008. Jim is the co-lead of the movie and is a cop slowly unwrapping a police conspiracy within Gotham PD. He becomes more and more paranoid as the film goes along. He is a good guy to the core but is having his faith tested.
Harvey. I've got a hunch. After we spoke, I got to thinking about the CAMPBELL murder. He was killed INSIDE one of ESTRADA's cathouses, just before the vigilante appeared. And ESTRADA's prostitution ring has been hammered by the vigilante.
The guy's slippery and he's getting better. Doing bigger and bigger criminals. He's changing his M.O., using a random pattern so we can't catch him. And he's been working on his disguise. It's... TRANSFORMING.
My office was ransacked. They were at my apartment too. Broke the locks, tossed the place. They tried to make it look like burglars but I think it was Flass and his crew looking for my file. They FOUND it and they TOOK it.
