Leader of Tantalus : Theater Troupe / Band of Thieves

Adoptive father of Zidane and Bandit Leader of Tantalus, Baku is a badass but he never lets it get to his head. Always looking out for his boys, it’s a no brainer to why they all follow him in stride. He’ll have his serious moments but he can also be a very jolly and easy going gruff man.

  • Baku: "Yeah, but what are we gonna do about the wounded?"

    Zidane: "We can take 'em with us."

    Baku: "How are we gonna carry all of them? Trust me. We go out now, and we'll all get wasted. My boys come before the princess, you know. It's too bad..."

  • "You got a big heart, unlike that knucklehead, Steiner. No wonder the women are runnin' the show here. Gwahahaha!"

  • (Does this often): "A-CHOO!"

    "Gwahaha! I didn't ask you why! I can't blame you, though. She's damn beautiful. I guess that's reason enough! Well, I hope you're ready! 'Cause I'm gonna bust you up for breakin' the rules."
