Sonic's loyal buddy from the very start, Tails is an eight year old fox who loves to tinker and invent. A literal child genius, he acts mature for his age, accompanying his speedy friend as the straight man in most cases. Tails has his own plane, workshop, and home where he builds and tinkers. He has even been able to stand on his own against his intellectual enemy, Dr. Eggman.
For his voice, I'm open to any interpretation, but I prefer the slants these VA provide: Kate Higgins and Colleen O'Shaughnessey
(Encouraging) Don't worry, Amy! We've beaten Eggman countless times before! We can do it again!
(Sad) I...I'm sorry, Sonic. I-I wasn't able to get the data in time.
(Building up to frustration) Maybe if I changed the wires...but then the power won't be carried in the current very well...maybe I can try altering the...no, that won't work either! Ugggghh, this is hopeless!
Hello! Well well, your Tails is pretty cool! I love the way you played around with the lines a bit. Your emoting was on par, and the "I should quit" improv got a laugh out of me! Now, a few things I should mention: You mispronounced "sorry" (you said "sore-ry") and you went italian on the word "countless". Other than these little nitpicks, this is one solid audition!
