The first open role of the supporting cast, Chiyumi is sister to Seishiro Mekaru. She's typically tired and lethargic, remaining neutral and only chiming in when she needs. 

Vocally:
Medium to high female vocal range. Slow speech, sometimes slurred due to her lack of sleep. Always soft spoken, but can still be quick to annoy.
