Another Mangetsu Alliance member, Hinata is the older sibling to Tomoko Higa. They're a big sibling type figure to all of the supporting cast, coming off casual but always meaning well. 

Vocally:
Medium to low range, not particularly masculine or feminine. Pretty casual, like the cool older sibling. (Hinata is canonically nonbinary with no confirmed AGAB, so do not have their audition sound particularly masculine or feminine.)
