Fouinar is a foreign exchange Furret from France. She plays clarinet and is Pachi's classmate. She is very smart and talented, but also pretty shy since she is in a new country. She wants to keep up her GPA as much as possible in fear of being deported, so she is usually stressed, busy, tired, or all three. She is also kind and understanding, and Pachi's girlfriend is a tad jealous of her.
