Steevee is an Eevee who is rather popular at school. He is Pika's "rival", being completely oblivious to the fact that Pika resents him for being so popular. He is a bit of a nerd and cannot stop talking about his favorite show. He does fairly well in school, and all the girls love him, including Pika's love interest.
"Did you see the new episode of Project Eeveelution yet? It's so good! I'll try not to spoil it for you."
"HI, Pika! I see you got a new shirt. I like it."
"Savannah, Ross and I were thinking of going roller skating this weekend. Wanna come with?"
