Information/personality: 

Chrono is calm, but kind of smug and overconfident. There have been several incidents in the past where they just straight-up time-traveled to a random time and place in history, and Chrono isn't even really sure where they came from or how old they are anymore. Now they just join in on whatever is going on in the time period they arrive in just because they want to have something to do before the next accidental time leap.
