He is rather confident that winning the killing game is of the upmost importance, and will not hesitate to use his peers to his advantage.
Despite this, Seiichi isn’t as bad as he may sound, as he believes killing does not provide you with compensation, but instead expect it in return.
Seiichi’s Voice should be medium-low to low-pitched, prestigious, and confident. He speaks clearly and boldly, with a very strong will. He does not raise his voice, but he never backs down from an argument.
