Description: the theatre teacher at West Brooke High School. He is a very kind and gentle character who always tries to get people to push their limits, especially in the performing arts.

Other Notes: I want to give him somewhat of a sad backstory, possibly involving a past relationship (divorce, breakup, etc.). During the series, I want his personality to evolve from kind and energetic to solemn and angry. This will allow the audience to learn more about him when someone finds out about his past.
(announcing, excited) I am thrilled that so many people have signed up for this year’s show! It’s an honor to have so many talented people in this room today. Now it’s time to show me what you’ve got! I’ll give you five minutes to prepare yourselves. Then, we will begin our auditions!
(teaching, giving advice) Kira, you need to give more emotion when saying your lines. (acting like a girl, higher pitched) Oh, mother! You can't take him away from me! Please, mother! (normal tone) See? Like that.
(talking to himself, depressed) Sometimes people go through rough things. Even some of my students have. I have to stay strong for them. But how can I? She was the only person I had to keep me company at home, and now...I've lost her.
