CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
- Doctor Musgrove is the local physician of Frosthill, a safe haven for outlaws and fugitives based in the snowy region of Utah.
- Doctor Musgrove was once a praised physician in his younger years. When his wife died of a brain aneurysm, however, his life took a downward spiral. He took up drinking, which affected his work. Things came to a close when he eventually botched a delivery, causing a mother and her baby to die. He managed to escape trial and the authorities by skipping town. He now continues his neutered career in Frosthill as the town's physician.
- He's quite despondent and cold-sounding. His life up until this moment has been an absolute beatdown on his psyche. He still aims to help others, but any will to live and love he had for himself is pretty much null by the time the player meets him. He is passively suicidal, meaning he has suicidal thoughts but doesn't act on them. He doesn't care whether he lives or dies, as he stopped caring about his life a long time ago.
- He's 35-45 years old.
- North American or Southern American accent. No other exceptions.
- His voice should be similar to his original voice acting, just in higher quality. There is also a signature of the original VA. You’re free to experiment; know that the voice must be similar to either the original VA.

(Cold tone, but a faint glimpse of empathy and caring could be heard) See, that wasn't so bad. Anything else I can do for you?
[Person says they'll tough out their drug addiction]
(Sigh) Suit yourself. But you'll find out that your habit will cost you more than that in the end.
[Person says they're up for getting their wounds treated]
(Trying to be funny, but your despondent and awkward voice isn't really helping)(Cold tone) This won't hurt a bit. Nah, just kidding. It will probably hurt a lot. Hold still.
[Person says they'd like to be treated but don't have the funds to pay you]
(Annoyed)(Cold tone) For crying out loud. Get out of my face then.
[Person asks what brought you to Frosthill]
I was trained by the Followers {https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Followers_of_the_Apocalypse}, then opened up a practice in my hometown, Bishop. It was a good life until my wife died suddenly... (Brief, pained sigh at the memory of your wife dying) brain aneurysm.

I, uh, picked up a drinking habit not long after... it started to affect my work. One night I botched a delivery... the mother and baby died.

I was nearly lynched, surely would've been hanged or shot if I'd gone to trial. I managed to slip out of town before the sheriff could find me.
