Pretty good read! I see potential honestly. Projection needs to be up for sure though, Gotta let loose & scream it to the imaginary people 50 feet away. Breath support seemed good, though keep plosives in mind for the future (ex @1:14 with the p in "apply"). I struggle with that at times too so sometimes angling the mic a bit off axis might help (think 4 o clock as opposed to 6 being directly in front). See if it helps but overall well done. Keep it up!
Thank you! I will work on the angle and seeing if I can work the plosives. It's something I do struggle with. I'll try the mic adjustments as well. ^.^ I recorded from my desk versus my closet today but was actually happy with how low the noise was!
Hi Marina! Try taking your time more to really hone in on your clarity. Sometimes you were going slower, and then suddenly you would pick up the pace and go faster before then slowing down again. Keep your pacing consistent and clear throughout. Also, I know it's tough with a long, tough script like this, but don't be afraid to bring the ENERGY! Your voice feels like it's at a 25% right now, and we want everyone to give 110%. Try working on that a little at a time with your auditions and homework submissions, and you will quickly improve. Your voice has a nice tone to it, and I can see you going a long way through practicing these things. Nice work!
