The “Number Two"
He didn't join Fox on his first trip through the portal but got excited when he heard about the tournament. Where Fox is humble and polite, Falco is cocky and arrogant. As far as fighting potential goes he's almost as good as Fox, usually only losing to him or Sheik. He does have a few more embarrasing losses due to him underestimating his opponents, though.
Note: Falco will be a major character during the first arc (Ep 1-2/3) but will only have a minor role in the second arc. He'll be returning at the end of the second arc and show up frequently during the third.
Voice: Something similar to any of his past voices would be fine, preferrably StarFox64/Zero but you can do your own interpretation.
This Meta Knight is tough, sure. But he ain't no Marth. I let my guard down since he's a newcomer. So he got me.
