Rich is one of the patrons at Beer Under the Bridge, one of the local bars in town and friends with Finley.  He's kind of sleazy and a bit aggressive at times and tries to pass it off as being suave...which he's not.  However, because he's a minotaur, he can get incredibly angry and violent quickly...which he does.
