Noriko is a cool, mysterious girl who is in charge of bringing together the Kiznaivers and conducting the Kizna System experiment. Not much is known about her for the majority of the series.


In terms of her voice, she is narrating the majority of the trailer, with a calm, soothing voice in the mid-range.
