Fizzbang for Merlin/The All-Knower (Omniscient Narrator)
The All-Knower is an overseer who looks after all tales and mysteries-- stories of love, greed, beauty, life, death, justice and morality-- in the city of London. He sees through the masks and façade of everyone and questions your choices whether they are right or wrong. He will narrate and summarize every Act of Deceptum: The Mysterious Murders in the City of London for the participants as he documents everyone's lives and deaths.
Note: Medium to low. A bit mysterious. RP British accent is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
