A courtier by trade, Ogaldar is a Nord who uses his broad network to clear up bounties for the Thieves' Guild. He's clearly had an exciting life of intrigue and political maneuvering, but he doesn't sound excited about it, just tired. When he questions your manners, breeding, judgment, and sexual history as he clears your bounties, he sounds tired. And when he drops pieces of gossip about every other Thieves' Guild member that would blister your ears if he were willing to continue the story, he sounds tired. Even when Ogaldar is spilling boiling hot tea about other characters' most embarrassing secrets, he sounds bored. (Think: if Steward Adril Arano from Raven Rock and Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh had a love child.)  

 His name is pronounced "oggle-dar."
