Louise Quack is the sister of Hubert and Duane Quack and the only daughter of Elizabeth Quack and Horatio Quack. She and her family were captured by Snively and held hostage until Dr. Quack agreed to work with Snively. They were later set free and relocated to the reclaimed Mobotropolis.
