Underfell Sans should have that tough-guy persona to him as well as really hot-headed and at times rude or evil. He may also be a clown from time to time by cracking a pun or two at points. His voice should be much more of a New York or Manhattan accent with a low scratchy tone to the voice, baritone.

I really like this voice but could you try putting your mic somewhere like a closet or under a blanket?
