Candy Chica is a Chocolate-themed skin of Chica that Funko made. She is not in AR but maybe Illumix will add this skin soon, who knows? Her appearance is that of Chica but made out of chocolate. 

His voice should be similar to Chica's but a bit hyper and talkative.
