Ebay is one of the biggest con-artists you can find in the internet. He is skilled in putting what looks to be high-quality items on auction and have them be sold at outrageous prices, only for those items to turn out to be cheap pieces of garbage. He is shifty, nonchalant, has a theatrical side when it comes to bidding, and is always in it for the cash.
Voice: Medium-Low range, with a sly sorta tone to his voice. Think like a mixture between Alastor from Hazbin Hotel and Hades from Disney's Hercules.
[Theatrical, setting up an auction] Alright, the next item up on the bidding table is a vintage 1972 ruby necklace, ain't that a treat? I know I'm just showin' you a picture but trust me, this is a beauty you won't wanna lose out on! Now let's start the bidding at let's say oh 50 grand.
[Looking over his money, smirking, sly] Heh, suckers. You'd think beings made outta nothin' but physical data would be able to rub two brain cells together.
