Mindy is the youngest of the Magus sisters and also the most outspoken. She is very sarcastic and has a lot of attitude and has no qualms about putting people in their place or talking down to them. She sees everyone else as inferior to them and acts like it's just a game toying with people's lives who aren't strong enough to fight them. Even when she doesn't hate someone, she is very cold and condescending towards them and couldn't really care less about them.

I picture her voice being more mid - high range, but the attitude is definitely the most important thing. The VA needs to be able to capture the sarcasm, venom and disdain she has for everyone else.
