Tomas or "Riz" is a Tikbalang or "were-horse" that is native to the island of Cebu in the Philippines. While he lives his life as a college student in the city, he makes his real living as a common thief and pickpocket stealing preferably from wealthy individuals for the sake keeping his family afloat. He gained a reputation as an urban legend close to Robin Hood for giving his spoils to benefit the poorer communities. His voice has a Filipino accent of young adult type that is somewhat deep and even deeper as his werehorse transformation.
