Lungmen seafood hawker, introduced to us by Officer Hoshiguma, onboarded as an operator after testing. Skilled in the use of knives, currently serves as a Specialist Operator, and a lively presence on the battlefield.

A Lungmenite Ursus who worked as a seafood hawker specializing in finballs by day and as an investigator for Lee's Detective Agency or one of the Rat King's "triggermen" by night, Jaye may look like an ordinary person with dull yet nice personality, but beneath this lies a surprisingly good combat skill which he often puts to good use in gang wars on Lungmen's slums and his investigations. Jaye lend his service to Rhodes Island under Hoshiguma's recommendation, the former of whom noted of his competence both inside and outside the battlefield. Jaye, then known as Fillet, plays a story role in Code of Brawl, before he is introduced as an Operator.
