A specialist on all things plane and aircraft relates, it's a mystery why she chose to teach people how to fly planes rather than fly them themselves. Nonetheless, Haru is excellent at it, not only having a wealth of knowledge on all things planes, but the ability to teach very efficiently. All of her students hold her in high regards, and almost everyone she teaches has been a great pilot.

At a first glance, Haru seems like a very strict person, forcing people to follow rules and expecting people to always act and speak formally, but once you begin speaking to her, you realize that she's actually the opposite. She doesn't like following rules, nor being formal all the time, but it seems like she wants to be a strict person, so it's a constant battle between her two extremes.
