As an info broker, it's Minosuke's job to collect data on people around him, and sell that data to anyone who's willing to pay a high price. The ways he gains this information can be completely legal, or completely illegal, but he doesn't care as long as his job gets done. Minosuke doesn't forget any detail about anybody, having memorized hundreds of thousands of people.

The only thing bigger than the amount of people Minosuke has memorized is his own ego. Minosuke thinks of themselves fairly highly, and will always subtly flex his own intelligence. Minosuke also likes to get under people's skin intentionally. While Minosuke is normally calm and smug, he can get frustrated at times, especially when he's unable to get information on somebody.
