Grew up in Diamond City. Familiar with Diamond City's red tape. Familiar with the Commonwealth, having roamed it as a young adult. Handyperson extraordinaire, looking for plumbing supplies just West of Wattz Consumer Electronics. Player character chats with her there, realizes she's a goldmine, and asks if she wants to work on a player-owned settlement.
