"Dr. Mechano" takes place in an alternate world, similar to our own. Set in the "Unified Provinces of Cameria" - a bizarre alternate United States - with its own politicians and historical figures.
During Mechano's raid on the capitol, secret service agents activate a talking stone bust of "Georgebraham Washingcoln," Cameria's founder and first president. Washingcoln is - as his name suggests - a mashup of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. A man with a tophat, beard, and powdered wig who speaks in a very dramatic, presidential voice. Have fun with this one.
