The President is a bumbling politician. He's Mechano's hostage in episode 1, and generally comes off as a curmudgeonly cantankerous older man. 

He only has a handful of lines in the first episode, and won't be appearing again until several episodes later. This is a very small part.

  • “Rrr... Let me go, you rotten robots!”

    (Line context: The president is taken captive by Mechano's Minioids, a crew of mischievous, childlike robots.)

  • “It’s not easy to incorporate nationwide policies that work with both parties!” 

  • “Then why are you doing this?!”

    (Context: Mechano has captured the President and is monologuing to a live broadcast, before his presidential captive interrupts him to demand the doctor's motives.)
