Slime Ball is one of the Scorchers formally known as a member of several gangs. Slime Ball grew up on the street of Manhattan living as an aggressive thug but found himself joining the Scorchers permanently after the nuclear explosion.

For Slime Ball's voice, I'm looking for something similar to Josh Pais's Raphael as heard in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990.
