Stone is one of the Scorchers known for his lethal assassin skills. Stone was raised to be an assassin before the nuclear explosion, and became even more deadly after gaining super strength from the radiation.

For Stone's voice, I'm looking for something similar to Robin Atkin Downes's Travis Touchdown as heard in No More Heroes. This can be either with his North American accent as heard in NMH, or you can try adding a Texan accent to that voice.
