Carl Leese was a soldier before the nuclear explosion occurred. Leese's mission was to stop the terrorist group behind the nuke from detonating it, but was killed before he could stop them. Leese appears in flashbacks seen by Hunt, as he and Leese share an untold history.

For Leese's voice, I'm looking for something similar to J. G. Hertzler's Deathstroke (Slade) as heard in Injustice: Gods Among Us.
