As articulate as he is handsome. Arkadiy isn't afraid to think outside the box, and seems to live a little bit in the realm of makebelieve, though that doesn't keep him from getting things done. He's a man of jumbled words that don't make sense, but he's also a man of action, determined to make Aqua great again, as leaders before him had done.
Voice: Medium. A bit eccentric and uppity. A little lower when being completely dead-serious.
(positive sounding) You see, my dear, I would love to do that for you except one. little. thing. I don't care!
(absent) Yes.... Yes it is quite chilly, isn't it?
(Excited, going a little mad) This! This is it! This is what I've been looking for all these years! THIS is what we've been waiting to find! We can finally save Aqua!
