Square jawed, self-assured commander of the Monocyte. More brawn than brain but with a lot of heart. Plagued by ongoing nightmares which feature in most episodes. Unknowingly from Earth’s distant past, unknowingly clinically depressed. Very Phil Hartman as Troy McClure.
CHALKE: Ahh, debriefings: Boring... I was there, I know what happened. We know what happened. Mister Murtaugh, you know what happened? Monocyte, do you know what happened? You see, Emissary Fralgon? Even the ship knows. The point is, Emissary Fralgon, we all know what happened. And it’s why I, as the custodian and full-time Papa Bear of this ship, have ordered a full weapon restock. And so, I don’t need further briefing and we can all just move on with the weapon restock and whatever little errand Trixie has us chasing
