Adriene has a desire to be strong enough to take care of her own problems. However, her lack of confidence makes her believe that being such a strong-willed person is just a hopeful wish. She doesn't mind speaking her mind, but her words seem to have little to no effect against people like Selina. This gets a bit frustrating for the nerdy junior high girl.
I'm looking for a female voice that's at a medium range. Remember, she's in junior high, aged 14-15.
You can use the comic as a reference for her emotions in the panels she's in.
(Sounds angry but is obviously a bit scared; sheds a small tear)

Thank you for auditioning. However, the tv or radio in the background is distracting me from your performance. You can try again maybe with a blanket over you and your mic, go into a closet with a bunch of clothes or make sure that other sounds from the background are minimal or cannot be heard at all.
