In need of a background artist to make backgrounds for the animator to animate on. The series takes place in an inpatient ward, a hospital ward where they stick people who are suicidal or troublesome. Backgrounds will almost entirely consist of different rooms in the inpatient ward: An art room, a general living area, two different levels (a 1st level for new patients and a 2nd level once they prove they're docile), a shower room, etc.

You may apply with a portfolio or demo reel.

All rooms will need to look sterile with no sharp objects or long objects laying around. They don't want patients to hurt themselves, after all. It's just like any other hospital sans anything sharp. 

I may ask for closeups and various different angles of the backgrounds provided. I don't want the show to look stale or repetitive but I'm willing to be economical with what is sent to me.

I will sketch out a general floor layout for both "levels" of the ward to help you visualize how it's all laid out. 

Must be able to communicate and follow instructions.
