Tiana is a strong-willed young woman who works hard for her dream of owning her own restaurant, a dream she developed with her father who passed when she was a child. Her confident and determinate spirit often blinds her to the importance of happiness and enjoying life, but she learns through losing everything that what she wanted was her restaurant, yet what she needed was love.   • (in shock) "This should cover it just fine Lottie...this is it! I'm getting my restaurant!"

  • (with disgust) "(screams) AHH! What did you do to me? I-I'm green, and I-and I'm slimy, and I--"

  • "My daddy never did get what he wanted...but he had what he needed. He never lost sight of what was really important. And neither will I!"
