There was no way I was going to let Ultimecia get a hold of Ellone. The only thing I could do was... Surrender my soul to Ultimecia and lose control of my mind. That was the only way I could save Ellone. (NOT possessed)
Aaand the darker take. I only did the line from her speech in Delling City, since it demonstrates it the best, and I wasn't worried about the voice for Edea herself :3 Just possession personality. xD

My vote too!
I've heard 4 or 5 different versions of Edea from various fandubs (including Shudo Ranmaru's definitive FF8 Voices project among some others that I thought were better). This is probably the best interpretation of this line (her big monologue) in the fandub community that I've heard. It honestly gives Tasia Valenza's role in Dissidia a run for her money.
