Misa Amane is an up-and-coming idol and supporter of Kira who eventually becomes the Second Kira. After gaining a Death Note, she seeks out Kira in order to thank him for killing the man who murdered her family and to offer him her help. Having made the trade for the Shinigami Eyes, Misa learns that the identity of Kira is Light Yagami. After a meeting with Light, she decides to dedicate her life to helping Light however she can, and becomes determined to use her eyes to uncover L's real name. She sings quite a lot and has many voice lines. Her voice should be cheery and upbeat.

"That's why I'm dedicating my first song to our beloved hero!" She's an idol about to sing.
"At 4:00, meet in Shibuya where we will show each other our Notes. We will be able to confirm each other with our shinigami." This is a voiceover for a letter.
"Love and life and death! Misa and Kira are bound together through all of them!" She's trying to convince Rem she has to meet Kira.
