She is a proper person with a poised voice, preferably medium pitched. Hums and giggles quite a lot. Her voice should be kind, smooth, calm, not soft but caring, a bit motherly, flexible, but still confident. Should be capable of laughing in lots of different fashions, from a light, tinkly laugh, to a rougher and forced laugh. Should also be capable of transitioning into a cold and emotionless tone. She can also be quite mischievous at times.
