Wooper is a Water/Ground type Pokémon. When walking on land, it covers itself in a slimy, poisonous layer that keeps its skin from getting dehydrated. It usually lives in cold water. It will leave to find food if it gets cold outside. For the voice, a clueless and sort of voice to make it sound sort of confused would suit this Pokémon. It would also suit if its voice was high pitched. It may also say "upa" kind of like how it sounds in the anime. But it will do it when moving, but it will be scripted.

  • How did you find me so fast? Guess my gills were kind of popping out of the reeds.

  • Wonder what's over there? Upa, upa, upa, upa (as if its moving)

  • Should I tell the others about this? Because that looks kind of dangerous.
