Gligar is a Ground/Flying-type Pokémon. It usually likes to hang onto cliffs. When it sees prey, it will glide down toward it.  It glides through the air without a sound. It will startle foes by gliding on to the opponents face, and then it will stab them with its poisonous stinger. A voice that makes it shifty would suit this Pokémon. As if its planning some sort of dirty trick.
