The Far Side of Normal
FalonEcho for Janice Davis
The adoptive daughter of Alexender Davis and adoptive sister of Bryan Haez. She is an African American secretary who is 26 and looking for love, sometimes anyway. Her upbringing was not exactly pleasant save for a nanny who was more of a mother to her than her real one, between that and a traumatic event in her past, she had made up her mind. She emancipated herself at 15, leaving her family and has not seen them since. She and Bryan first met in high school, and about a year or two afterward, she agreed to be adopted by Alex. Though she lives alone, she knows she has a real family now. She can be seen as aloof, professional, businesslike and serious, especially at her work. But mostly she's seen as an extrovert, who is brighter, playful, sociable, flirtatious, active and enthusiastic, which is a change of pace from the bookworm that she was growing up.
Ladies, feel free to experiment.
"Hold your horses! I'm coming! I'm coming! Bastards have no patien-- Bry! I'm so so sorry! I thought you were someone else." (reacting to hearing the doorbell, having a hangover from indulging too much the night before, then realizing that Bryan was who she was speaking to and not who she thought it was)
"Thanks, big guy. So how are things? How's Patty? How are YOU doing?" (responding after receiving a compliment from Bryan)
"You've... you've been through alot, I know. You know I have my fair share of pain too. Anger as well. Frankly... I know there are days where I would love nothing more to kick some ass." (speaking with Bryan about pain)
This is terrific! Excellent work!
Thank you so much! ❤️
