Headmaster of Galbadia garden he prides himself on the technology and soldiers of Galbadia but is also concerned at the state of his nation. Cooperating with Headmaster Cid Kramer and General Caraway, they come up with the plan to assassinate Sorceress Edea. He is strict and doesn't respect the other gardens, he is also very fond of Irvine, so much so he has a restraining order keeping him from his favorite soldier. He should sound mean and annoyed.
(Disappointed) "What a load of pussies, is this the best Cid could send? I guess you'll have to do"
(Strict) "I don't want to waste anymore time than I have to staring at your stupid mugs so let's get to it. Through cooperation between Galbadia and Balamb gardens we've come up with a plan to assassinate the sorceress Edea, I shouldn't have to stress the importance of this mission so don't fuck it up.
