A Thin Place is a location on earth where the Veil between the Spiritual Realm and the Physical Realm is incredibly thin. Sometimes, people outside BethEl use this term to describe places where they feel close and connected to God. In here, the concept of a Thin Place takes on a whole new meaning.
(trying to reassure Rachel after being told he was being sent out of the city on a mission)
Look, this changes a lot of things, not just for me, but for you too. The first thing you need to know is that I’m still your Finder, you’re still my Disciple, and I’m still here for you. Well, sort of.
(out of breath and disappointed in himself)
I ran. I was outside of BethEl. Yahweh told me she was in trouble, so I tried to get here as fast as I could. I was too late.
