Nereminiar Sillonaire is Jaquerian Highthar and Andiille Salingal’s biological half brother, and Dhaarume Salingal’s adoptive brother.  He, in 586 2E , was sucked into a Psijic time portal alongside Andiille, Ilmiir, Sondarie, Dhaarume, Casinyth Lamorrwel, Dro’ariiti and Ko’ahjasa, and the novice Psijic mage herself who summoned it (Vitexia Accaso). They were sent to Skyrim, where they split up. He has tried to stay as far from Lae-Loria Highthar while still being in a colder area, living in the Falkreath city with his wife Casinyth Lamorrwel. They work as mercenaries and make enough to stay stable.

When he speaks, it’s either cold and distant or monotone and blank. His laughs are empty. If you spoke to him he’d seem careless, of what you’re speaking of, what’s around him, and even what he’s speaking of. Towards his wife, however, he is warmer and more open. He has an accent, that of an English accent, but it does not contain the usual snobbiness of an Altmer’s.

His goal right now? Secretly, he wants to join the Dark Brotherhood. He will be bringing this up with his wife upon the player’s first arrival into their home. She will end up leaving him waiting for a definite answer.

As a mercenary he can act as a follower but will not be marriageable.
