Teddiursa is a Normal-type Pokémon. This Pokémon gets easily frightened and is usually shown tasting its paw, because it is left over with small amounts of honey. Before winter, it hoards food in various locations. Its crescent mark glows if it really loves the honey. For its voice and personality, a voice that makes it sound young and curious would suit it.
